About Chris Kriya:
I am a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist with over four years of experience serving the Los Angeles area, specializing in muscular pain relief and body awareness.
My work integrates a customized blend of trigger point therapy, focused deep tissue, pressure point release, relaxation techniques, and breath work. Each session is rooted in both clinical strategy and intuitive empathy, creating a unique, instinctual approach to massage that goes beyond the physical. By helping the body open space in areas of tension, stagnation, and energetic blockages, each treatment invites a deeper connection with the self.
I consider your lifestyle, daily habits, and even past traumas to co-create a personalized plan that responds to your body’s evolving needs. No two bodies are alike—and no two sessions should be either. Every massage is a custom experience, guided by your body’s story and your personal goals for healing, growth, and relief.
